Qualified Assessor: Social Services (Children and Young People)

Tinies Glasgow, an SQA approved training centre is recruiting now for a qualified Childcare Assessor to work across Scotland's central belt

You will inspire learners to realise their full potential as you support, advise and guide them through their training and assessment of SVQs in Social Services (Children and Young People).

Other responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring quality standards are met in accordance with awarding/funding body requirements.
• Contributing to the continuous development of our training programme.
• Attending regular standardisation meetings.
• Communicating effectively and appropriately with colleagues, candidates and employers.

The successful candidate MUST have completed the Assessor Award and hold a Level 3 Qualification in Child Care/Early Years (minimum). You will also have a full clean driving licence and have access to a car. You will be organised and be able to manage your workload effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral are essential.
